Ingredients

cooked white rice

10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Mix everything together
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, and garlic powder. Stir until well incorporated.
Assemble the casserole
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake
for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
