Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook for another minute, then add barbecue sauce. Stir to coat and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the naan or flatbread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the flatbreads. Evenly distribute the BBQ beef on top. Add red onions, jalapeños, black beans, and corn. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over everything.
Bake
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped cilantro and a drizzle of sour cream or pickled red onions if desired. Slice and serve warm!
