Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup cooked pulled pork store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce spicy or smoky
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, drained
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat & Roll Out

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza

  1. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Add pulled pork, pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño slices.
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra heat.

Step 4: Bake & Serve

  1. Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  3. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  4. Slice and enjoy!
