Ingredients
For the Dough

For the Toppings

cooked pulled pork
store-bought or homemade

BBQ sauce
spicy or smoky

fresh or canned, drained

thinly sliced

jalapeño
sliced (remove seeds for less heat)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat & Roll Out
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside the oven to heat up.
Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Add pulled pork, pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño slices.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra heat.
Step 4: Bake & Serve
Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Slice and enjoy!
