Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat
  • cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, for a slight sweetness

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  1. to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Prepare the cauliflower

  1. by tossing the florets in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Ensure each piece is well coated.

Roast the cauliflower

  1. by spreading the florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Make the Buffalo sauce

  1. by heating the Buffalo sauce, melted butter, and honey in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring to combine.

Coat the roasted cauliflower

  1. by tossing it in the warm Buffalo sauce mixture until well covered.

Serve immediately

  1. with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping!
