Ingredients
For the Kofta

1tspground cumin
1tspground coriander
1tspsmoked paprika

1/2tspblack pepper

For the Yogurt Sauce
1cupGreek yogurt
1tbsplemon juice
1clovegarlicminced
1tbspchopped fresh dill or mint
1/2tspground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Kofta Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, mint, and all the spices. Mix well until evenly combined.
Shape the Kofta
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into an elongated oval around a skewer. If the mixture is too sticky, lightly oil your hands.
Grill the Kofta
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the kofta with olive oil and grill for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Make the Yogurt Sauce
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill (or mint), cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve
Plate the kofta with a side of the yogurt sauce. Enjoy with warm pita bread, rice, or a fresh salad.
