Instructions
Prep the Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), egg, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 oval-shaped patties, about ¾-inch thick.
Arrange on the Sheet Pan
Place the patties on one side of the lined sheet pan. On the other side, spread out the veggies tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Roast
Bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes until the patties are cooked through (internal temp of 160°F for beef or 165°F for turkey) and the veggies are tender and slightly caramelized.
Make the Gravy
While the sheet pan works its magic, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until browned. Add butter and flour, stirring to create a roux. Slowly whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire, letting it simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve
Plate each Salisbury steak with a side of roasted veggies and a generous ladle of mushroom gravy.
