- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or any neutral oil like avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari use tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
