Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder, broth, vinegar, and honey until smooth.
In the same pot you cooked the noodles, pour in the sauce and heat on low for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
Toss the noodles in the sauce until well coated.
Transfer to a bowl and top with green onions, crushed peanuts, and any optional protein.
