Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups of fresh clean snow
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips or sprinkles for topping optional

Instructions
 

  1. Gather a large bowl of fresh, fluffy snow. Make sure it's clean and free from debris.
  2. In the bowl, drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the snow.

  3. Sift in the cocoa powder to prevent lumps and add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
