Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken buffalo chicken dip rotisserie style works great here
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce Frank’s RedHot is a classic choice
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese plus extra for topping if desired
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven

  1. to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish lightly with oil or cooking spray.

Combine the base

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce until smooth.

Fold in the chicken

  1. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.

Transfer to the baking dish

  1. and smooth out the top with a spatula.

Bake for 20 minutes

Garnish with green onions and more blue cheese
