For the Pulled Beef

Instructions
Make the Pulled Beef
Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Place it in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce, beef broth, and apple cider vinegar. Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).
Once tender, shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
(For a pressure cooker: Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes, then shred.)
Assemble the Pizza
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese evenly.
Add BBQ pulled beef, red onions, and jalapeño slices.
Bake and Serve
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Slice and serve hot!
