For the Baked Brie

- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed (optional for wrapping)
For the Cranberry Chutney
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 small shallot finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- Pinch of salt
To Serve
- Assorted crackers crostini, or toasted baguette slices
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
