Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough or use sandwich bread recipes homemade for a from-scratch version
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

Preheat oven

  1. to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the beef

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the dough

  1. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.

Assemble the filling

  1. Spread ketchup and mustard evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the cooked beef over the surface, followed by crumbled bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.

Roll it up

  1. Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.

Bake

  1. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Slice and serve

  1. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces. Serve warm with extra ketchup or dipping sauces.
