- 110 g all-purpose flour for dredging

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Cooking spray olive oil–based
