Summer 2014 has been an intense berry kick, but the one that I end up craving the most is raspberries! Most of the time, they don’t even make it into recipes because I eat them. Or add them to a salad. Or to my fizzy water. It’s all the same in the end, I am left craving more raspberries.
Adding Raspberries to a salad is divine, like the Grilled Endive Salad with Berries or the crowd-pleasing Endive Salad with Raspberries and Clementines. I have used raspberries with a Salmon and Fruit Salsa followed by a Cherry Berry Crumble. Raspberries and wine are a beautiful pairing and you can celebrate the last bits of summer with White Sangria or icy Moscato Berry Wine Spritzers. Recently, I made a Berry Goat Cheese Sherbet that came out gorgeous due to the extra raspberries that I added.
