Healthy Pumpkin Smoothies by The Hungry Goddess

Pumpkin is soooo good for you!  Rich in antioxidants and high in fiber, pumpkin is a Super Food and I have a SUPER DELICIOUS Way for you to get a healthful dose of pumpkin!

7 Healthy Reasons to Eat More Pumpkin

Pumpkin Smoothie from The Hungry GoddessIngredients:  (makes 2-3 smoothies)

6 tablespoons of Pure Pumpkin (in the can)

1 banana (ripe)

1 – 2 teaspoons Divine Desserts Fennel Pollen

1 ½ cups Vanilla Almond Milk

1 – 2 teaspoons bee pollen for garnish

2 dabs of Greek yogurt for garnish



Add the pumpkin, banana, Divine Desserts and Almond Milk to the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into cups and add a dab of yogurt and a sprinkle of bee pollen and Divine Desserts on top.

  3. wow- I’m really excited to learn about the pollen spices…. I’ve found bee pollen to be very helpful in keeping allergies at bay- don’t know if it’s true that the best results are achieved when the pollen is local… regardless, I’m trying this smoothie soon! Great recipe, I’m going to look for more 😉

  4. This recipe sounds delicious. I’m curious, what would you recommend as an alternative to almond milk? I need to be careful about eating nuts. Could I use regular milk, or would that not be sweet enough?

      HI Imogen! Yes – you can substitute soy or regular milk. Taste test it and add some honey to sweeten if need be. Vanilla Greek Yogurt is great too!
