- 1 bottle of Moscato Wine
- ½ cup Courvoisier Cognac
- 1 teaspoon of Fennel Pollen
Add fruit and fennel pollen to pitcher. Cover the fruit with wine and Courvoisier. Chill for several hours and serve with fruit in glass. A splash of soda water can increase the fizz.
