Roasted Potato and Brussel Sprout Salad with Honey Wine Vinegar by Sous Chef Jaz

This salad was made by Sous Chef Jaz, the Community Manager for The Hungry Goddess and was filled to the brim with mouthwatering ingredients: roasted potatoes, grilled brussel sprouts, walnuts, bacon and drizzled with the incredible Slide Ridge Honey Wine Vinegar.

We hunched over our bowls and made cavewoman noises.  We did not share.  I want it again.
