Tis the Season of Garden to Table … we are transitioning from the fresh delights of Spring to the bounty of Mother Earth in her produce season and the Summer Vegetables are coming!
Cucumbers, corn, tomatoes, avocados, peppers, zucchini, summer squash, lettuce, peas … an extravaganza of summer eating and we haven’t even mentioned the fruit. Now we just need to figure out what to do with it all and that is where #HGEATS comes in – recipes, canning, storing ideas – we will talk about it all this week!
