I love the elegance and sweetness of this cocktail.
The French Laundry Champagne Cocktail is a delightful combo of Hiram Walker Watermelon Schnapps, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Champagne – all blended to a delicious finish!
I used the Korbel Brut champagne for this cocktail – it is a great mixer without having to go to the next level of champagne prices. The Watermelon Schnapps adds an infused watermelon flavor that blends perfectly with the sweet peach and fruit of the Elderflower ambrosia from St. Germain.
Treat Mom this Sunday or any day to a fruity treat & toast all that she has done for you!
Ingredients:
1/2 part Hiram Walker Watermelon Sour Schnapps
1 part St. Germain
3 parts Champagne (I recommend a more dry champagne vs. sweet)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients with ice – make sure chilled! Pour into serving glass of choosing – champagne flutes, martini glasses, etc… (we liked the champagne flutes!)
Enjoy!

What a great, sparkly, light and refreshing drink for Mother’s Day! Perfection!
Hi Valerie! Thank you SO much – you will LOVE it! Thanks for the visit!
Never heard of this one before! Sounds great…but not sure about the name? Does French laundry not smell?

LOL – I imagine it does unless you are on the patio at THE French Laundry with Thomas Keller
That was truly different! I don’t drink but with champagne I do more often. You give me some idea here to make a new one. Thanks for sharing!
